Ice Art will carefully deliver and set up at your location. Your custom sculpture will arrive already carved and thermal wrapped for protection and insulation. It will them be carefully set up by the owner, Steve, or by one or more of our experienced delivery team. We arrive approximately one hour to one and a half hours prior to your guests’ arrival, unless alternate plans are discussed. We will be happy to coordinate the setup with your caterer, florist, venue or event designer.

Each sculpture is set up with a clear heavy plastic or acrylic display pan and drain system. Lighting displays are optional. The sizes of the display equipment vary by sculpture and we will advise you of the table space needed. Ice Art does not provide the table, linen, skirting, food nor florals.

We deliver to all Tidewater locations, and to Richmond-Petersburg areas, Williamsburg, the Peninsula and the Eastern Shore, Franklin, the Outer Banks and Elizabeth City. We are able to deliver outside this range to D.C. and other areas of Virginia and North Carolina. Please call to discuss delivery options and charges outside our local area. There is usually a fee for breakdown and removal at the end of the event. We also offer a discount for no delivery – if you choose to do it yourself and pick up the sculpture at our studio.
